Zestica Ovulation Kit - FAQ

How reliable is it?

Most ovulation kits nowadays state reliability over 99% but they do not explain what this means. Ovulation kits do not detect actual ovulation.

They detect a rise in a hormone level that indicates that ovulation is about to happen. Reliability refers to the detection of this hormone.

What if I don't detect a rise?

It is possible to miss the LH rise in a particular month. If this happens more than once, consult your doctor.

The background level of LH in commercial kits is set at an average level. It is possible that your level is at the lower end of the range and that your surge is not detected by home tests.

Do I have to use all the tests?

The Zestica Ovulation Kit contains 7 tests or sticks. The purpose is to detect the surge of LH.

As soon as this is detected the kit has served its purpose. Any remaining tests do not have to be used.
